Beyond the Part
How we engineer manufacturing from your drawing to your door.
At Benolf, every component begins long before metal is cut or cast. Engineering review, supplier match, production oversight, and end-to-end quality control this is the work that turns a customer drawing into a delivered part.

01 — ENGINEERING REVIEW
The drawing comes in.
The questions begin.
Every customer drawing goes through our in-house engineering team before a single supplier sees it. We assess material specifications, dimensional tolerances, surface finish requirements, and intended application.
The questions we ask shape every decision that follows: Is this the right manufacturing method? Are these tolerances achievable cost-effectively? Should this part be cast, machined, or both? By the time we send your drawing to a supplier, we know exactly what to ask for and what to verify.
What we review on every drawing:
Material specifications & alloy compatibility·
Dimensional tolerances & critical features·
Surface finish & post-processing needs·
Manufacturing method (cast / machined / hybrid)·
Cost optimization opportunities·
02 — METHOD SELECTION
Cast, machined, or both
engineered for fit.
The right method depends on the part. Sand casting is cost-effective for medium and large components in iron, aluminum, and bronze. Investment casting delivers the surface finish and tolerance complex parts demand. CNC machining handles precision-critical features and complete custom components.
Many of our parts use a combination: cast first, machined second. We engineer the workflow before we engineer the part — saving you time, cost, and surprises later.
How we choose:
· Part geometry & complexity
· Production volume & timeline
· Material properties required
· Tolerance & surface finish specifications
· Total cost-to-deliver optimization

03 — SUPPLIER MATCH & PRODUCTION
The right supplier
for the right part.
Our supplier network is curated, not collected. Each foundry and machining shop in our network has been audited for capability, capacity, and consistency. We match each part to a supplier based on what the part actually needs — alloy expertise, equipment fit, lot size, and delivery window.
During production, we maintain direct contact with the supplier. Drawing revisions, process questions, and progress updates all flow through us. You stay focused on your project; we stay focused on ours.
What we look for in every supplier:
Technical capability & equipment fit·
Quality certifications (ISO 9001, IATF, AS9100)·
Production capacity & realistic lead times·
Material & alloy specialization·
Track record on quality and on-time delivery·
04 — QUALITY CONTROL & DELIVERY
Inspected before it leaves.
Delivered as promised.
Every batch goes through dimensional inspection, visual examination, and material verification before it leaves the supplier. For critical applications, we provide first article inspection (FAI) reports, material certificates, and traceability documentation.
Logistics, customs, and final delivery are coordinated end-to-end. From the moment your drawing arrives to the moment your part is on your shop floor, you have one point of contact: us.
Documentation included with every order:
· Material certificates (EN 10204 — 3.1 / 3.2)
· Dimensional inspection reports (FAI when required)
· Traceability records & batch numbers
· Pressure / NDT test certificates (where applicable)
· Delivery and customs documentation

Engineered. Manufactured. Delivered.
Every part. Every process. Engineered end-to-end.
THE NETWORK
Four regions. Three offices. One engineered process.
Our network spans four regions Europe, Turkey, India, and China coordinated through three company offices and dedicated sourcing partners. Benolf in the Netherlands, Gato in Turkey, Gato India in India, and trusted partners in China give us local presence wherever your part is made.
Each location brings local market knowledge, supplier relationships, and engineering oversight to your project. You get global reach without losing local accountability and a single point of contact for the entire process.
